Name: Dino Sent: 10:30 AM - 11/17 Mary Kay The outpouring of love from all these messages bring me comfort, and I find myself reflecting on your glorious career. I cherish such memories as hearing your Snow White tape for the first time, the thrill of the tiny cast and crew screening of Beauty and the Beast at the Disney lot, and of course your night of triumph, walking the red carpet of the Chinese Theater for the premiere of South Park. And yet I know that beyond your voice career you were so much more. You were an avid Dodger fan who cried tears of joy when you watched in-person Fernando throw a "no-hitter." You read every Stephen King novel to date. You helped me grow tomatoes in the back yard and then fixed them with balsamic vinegar as a treat. You never missed an episode of the Outer Limits (which is why you got Showtime), the X-Files, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, or any incarnation of Star Trek (you were so cute when you got invited to Paramount and got to have your picture taken in the captain's chair on the bridge of the Defiant). You loved to go to the zoo and watch the Lemurs and big cats. You loved to go to Vegas and play BlackJack (and never lost a dime!). You loved to go to the Silent Movie house and watch Buster Keaton films with me. You cherished the memory of Lucille Ball, Gilda Radner and Carol Burnett as your heroes. You made cornbeef and cabbage every St. Patty's day. You loved Halloween and all the costumes (my favorite was your Dr. Crusher Starfleet Uniform). You were the only girl I knew who was "into" the current Vampirella Comic books because you thought the art was awesome. You loved Meet me in St. Louis as much as you loved Dawn of the Dead. You thought Mystery Science theater was hysterical. Your cried at the end of the Fisher King, Pleasantville, and Iron Giant, because you thought they were beautiful. You loved to travel. Loved Holland, Belgium and France. You loved Disneyland, Disney World and Disney Paris. You edited all my scripts. You loved cats (especially purebred Bengals). You loved opera. You loved Cajun food. You loved my parents as your own. You never forgot birthday cards or gifts for anyone. You co-executive produced my movie. You drove Saturns, and you collected all manner of Disney memorabilia. You were, and did, all these things, and far far more than I could ever write in a single evening - but the single most important thing of all, even beyond your amazing career... you were my loving wife for nine of the greatest years of my life. I am glad that your suffering is now over, and I will miss you my sweet gentle Mary Kay until that day when we are reunited for all eternity. Your husband Dino
