As a successful animation voice talent, Laura has starred on many hit cartoon series, including The Real Ghostbusters, Hello Kitty, Channel Umptee-3 and Digi-Mon. Laura has added her singing voice to these cartoon shows as well as singing in theater and cabaret productions in New York & Los Angeles.
Currently Laura is on The Garfield Show which records in Los Angeles and runs 3x daily on The Cartoon Network and airs worldwide. She voices Drusilla and Minerva, obnoxious but loveable twin little girls that love to dress up and annoy Garfield the Cat.
A versatile voice talent, Laura Summer can provide you with a soothing, approachable, confident, interesting and clear sound for IVR voice phone prompts and messages, legals, corporate compliance and training, tutorials, narrations, video games, beauty and health videos, children's audio books and e-learning projects.
Character voices include various New York and East Coast accents, Mid Western and Southern dialects, and realistic, authentic children, both small boys and girls, creatures and animals of toys and dolls, and teenage girls.
Laura has been very busy with both on-camera and voice over commercial work. Over 100 commercials & radio spots that include Pampers, Hanes Underwear, Bally's Total Fitness, Weight Watchers, Wendy's, Pepto Bismol, Planter's, State Farm Insurance, Hawaiian Punch and many, many more.
Laura has extensive post production experience doing looping (ADR) for televison and films. In addition, Laura does many voices for ABC Family and The Disney Channel.
Laura has extensive experience doing improvisation and has performed Shakespeare in New York with Estelle Parsons.
